Accepted Answer

To book your magical experience, a non-refundable deposit is needed. You can pay this via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Zelle. The remaining balance is due when your character arrives and can be settled with Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Money Order, PayPal, or Zelle. Please note, we don’t accept personal checks.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Yes, travel is included for events within 15 miles. Beyond that, we charge a mileage fee based on the distance from our location.

What happens if I cancel the one character or services I reserved?

Accepted Answer

We understand that things happen and people change their mind. Cancellation of the one character you hired or services you reserved leads to a loss of your deposit. If you seek to reschedule, a rescheduling fee will be administered (rescheduling is subject to availability of characters or services).

Should I tip the characters?

Our performers work hard to create magical moments! While tipping isn’t required, it’s a fantastic way to show your appreciation if they’ve made your event extra special!

Choose your favorite character and the perfect package for your event. Then, fill out our booking form. We’ll confirm your reservation and send you a secure link to pay your deposit. It’s that simple!

When should I book my character experience?

Accepted Answer

The sooner, the better! We book on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings made within 72 hours of the event incur a $50 rush fee. Pro tip: The earlier you book, the more magical we can make your experience!
