Princesses, Superheroes, Non-Mascot and Mascot Characters, and Miscellaneous Services non-refundable deposits are determined prior to booking. Upon receipt of final invoice, an initial deposit must be paid via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Zelle.
Upon arrival of the characters, the remaining balance is due and payment will be accepted via Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Money Order, PayPal, or Zelle.

We understand that things happen and people change their mind. Cancellation of the one character you hired or services you reserved leads to a loss of your deposit. If you seek to reschedule, a rescheduling fee will be administered (rescheduling is subject to availability of characters or services).
