To book your magical experience, a non-refundable deposit is required. You can pay this via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Zelle. The remaining balance is due upon your character's arrival and can be settled with Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Money Order, PayPal, or Zelle. Please note, personal checks are not accepted.

Yes, travel is included for events within 15 miles of our office location. Beyond that, we charge a mileage fee based on the distance from our location.

We understand that things happen and people change their mind. Cancellation of the one character you hired or services you reserved leads to a loss of your deposit. If you seek to reschedule, a rescheduling fee will be administered (rescheduling is subject to availability of characters or services).

Our performers work hard to create magical moments for you and your guests! While tipping isn’t required, it’s a wonderful way to show your appreciation if they’ve made your event extra magical!

Pick your favorite character and the perfect package for your event. Then, fill out our booking form. We’ll confirm your reservation and send you a secure link to pay your deposit. It’s that easy and exciting!

The sooner, the better! We book on a first-come, first-served basis, and bookings made within 72 hours of the event incur a $50 rush fee. Pro tip: Book early to make your experience as magical as possible!

Absolutely! Our princesses and superheroes captivate kids with enchanting storytelling, singing, and exciting activities. Mascot characters bring the fun with lively gestures and actions, often accompanied by a party assistant to keep the magic flowing!

Our characters are well trained professionals but we also recognize their human limitations. Thus, when temperatures rise above 80 degrees Fahrenheit, our characters are required to take cooling breaks to ensure their well-being and health and safety. Their cooling breaks are not part of the hourly charge for your event.
