- 01To book your magical experience, a non-refundable deposit is required. You can pay this via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Zelle. The remaining balance is due upon your character's arrival and can be settled with Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Money Order, PayPal, or Zelle. Please note, personal checks are not accepted.

- 03We understand that things happen and people change their mind. Cancellation of the one character you hired or services you reserved leads to a loss of your deposit. If you seek to reschedule, a rescheduling fee will be administered (rescheduling is subject to availability of characters or services).

- 09Our characters are well trained professionals but we also recognize their human limitations. Thus, when temperatures rise above 80 degrees Fahrenheit, our characters are required to take cooling breaks to ensure their well-being and health and safety. Their cooling breaks are not part of the hourly charge for your event.
